Lewis Omolade Abayomi Ogunbiyi, L.L.B (Hons) Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife Osun State, Nigeria. B.L , (Nigerian Law School),  L.L.M-IP (University of New Hampshire School of Law) (Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property) Concord, New Hampshire.

Mr. Ogunbiyi, the Managing Partner of  the firm obtained his law degree from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria and a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property from University of New Hampshire School of Law, Concord New Hampshire (Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property).  After his professional training at the Nigerian Law School, he joined the law firm of Olayinka Otuyelu & Co, one of the pioneer IP law firms in Nigeria. He rose to the position of the head of the IP department of the firm before he left to established Lewis Ogunbiyi & Co.

Mr. Ogunbiyi  brought his over two decades of  IP  practice experience  to bear on the practice of the firm, and coupled with his excellent training in International IP  laws and practice  from  a reputable IP Law School, he has steered the practice of the firm to meet with international intellectual property practice standards and  has greatly enhanced the firm’s professionalism in international IP practice and related matters.

Mr. Ogunbiyi is a member of various international IP associations.
